Greetings!

I am Ariel. I am a Certified and Technical Translator in English, graduated from the National University of Lanús (UNLa, as per its Spanish acronym). I have completed the Higher Education Teaching Certification Program  at the Business and Social Sciences University (UCES, as per its Spanish acronym) and I am currently studying to become a University Professor at CAECE University.

I am a freelance translator with my colleague Paula Didari at BCD Traducciones. Throughout my career, I have translated texts from different fields, such as technology, medicine, marketing, law, and human rights.

I have worked as a professor in the Technical and Scientific Translation program in English at the College of Translation in La Plata, where I teach the following subjects using my own syllabi: Theory and Practice of Technical Translation 1, Theory and Practice of Technical Translation 2, Professionalizing Practice 1, English Language and Grammar 1, Theory and Practice of Computer-Assisted Translation, and Institutionally Defined Spaces 1.

I also teach English Level 1 and English Level 2 in the Kinesiology and Physiatry Degree at iSalud University, also using the syllabi I created.

I am a full member of the Argentine Association of Translators and Interpreters (AATI, as per its Spanish acronym) and the International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (IAPTI) and have my professional license issued by the Certified Translators and Interpreters' Association of the Province of Buenos Aires (CTPIPBA, as per its Spanish acronym).

Teaching and studying translation are core aspects of my work, both within academic and professional settings.  

I am always open to new projects and opportunities that allow me to continue to grow professionally.
